In 1982, the average yield per hectare shows an exceptional average of 14,054 KG/HA. The output of the bunches is very beautiful on the three grape varieties.
Flowering
The start of the vegetation is late. Excellent sunshine in September allowed this strong harvest to ripen well. As far as diseases are concerned, there are only a few small attacks of mildew and an infestation of tetanus at the end of the season.
Harvest
The 1982 harvest takes place on September 17 and 20, depending on the grape variety and the cru. No factor limited the volume this year, all the conditions were very favorable throughout the Champagne region.
