In 1980, the average yield per hectare shows a low average of 5289 KG/HA.
Flowering
Flowering occurs in disastrous climatic conditions which unbalance the supply of the vine. It is even slower and more spread out than that of 1978. The rain and above all the persistent low temperatures until July 14 caused a very significant and generalized coulure.
Harvest
The 1980 harvest only begins on October 9. The harvest volume is low, starlings cause losses. Despite this, the little harvested is healthy and easily pressurizes.
