In 1988, the average yield per hectare shows a high average of 9655 KG/HA
Flowering
Full flowering is recorded on June 16 for the Chardonnays, June 18 for the Pinot Noirs and June 21 for the Meuniers. The fruit set is excellent, without sag and a very low millerandage.
Harvest
For the first time, the date of opening of the picking is defined for each municipality and for each grape variety in order to take into account the differences in maturation. The beginning of the harvest is therefore spread out between September 19 and October 2.
