About 1983
Yield
In 1983, the average yield per hectare showed an exceptional average of 15,012KG/HA.
Flowering
The vegetation is late, seeming to predict a late year. Then suddenly from June 15, a bright sun sets in, pushing the rain little by little. Vegetation incredibly fast, catching up. The Chardonnay and the Pinot Noir are in full flower on June 25, that of the Meunier is between June 30 and July 2.
Harvest
The harvest begins on September 26 for the Chardonnay, on October 5 for the Pinot Noir and Meunier. The sanitary condition is good, the pressing is easy, the sunshine of the last three months has allowed a balanced maturity to be achieved, quite close to 1982.
