About 1966
Yield
In 1966, the average yield per hectare shows an average of 7000 KG/HA.
Flowering
With the first half of June warmer than normal and as sunny as one could wish, flowering was rapid and went best in the early sectors, a little less well for others where coulure and millerandage were observed. Summer is subject to the Scottish shower regime, sometimes cool, sometimes hot, sometimes dry, sometimes humid, and marked by hailstorms from May to August.
Harvest
The quality of the grapes does not suffer because on the eve of the harvest the sanitary condition of the bunches is excellent. Picking begins September 22 for the Pinot Noir and Meuniers and September 26 for the Chardonnay. Most of it takes place under the sun.
