Apanage 1874 Blanc de Blancs is the culmination of the meticulous work carried out in recent years by Champagne Pommery’s œnological team on the terroirs of Champagne and on the showcasing of Pommery’s historical heritage through its perpetual reserves and its collection of vintage reserves.
This cuvée, a perfect illustration of the art of blending, bears witness to an ongoing quest to reveal the richness, complexity and depth of Champagne’s chalk terroirs.
Tasting notes
A pale-yellow hue with golden highlights enchants the eye.
Aromas of ripe citrus fruits such as citron, mingled with notes of powdered almond and a subtle floral touch of bergamot.
Precision and volume are the keynotes. The minerality, a real tasting support, covers this cuvée with its brilliance.

A majority of Montagne de Reims and Monts de Berru-Nogent : structure, volume, delicacy, salinity. These have been the Maison’s historic terroirs for over a century and form the majority of the blend.
An ideal champagne for a festive aperitif. It is also very popular with a carpaccio of scallops, a seafood casserole or with lobster.
