Apanage Brut 1874 - 75cl
Like a royal prerogative, the Cuvée Apanage was created as a confidential cuvée dedicated to the culinary arts, a link between the greatest terroirs of Champagne and the finest restaurants in the world.
Apanage Brut 1874 has reinterpreted all the dimensions of the culinary experience through its flavours: freshness or tension, salinity or minerality, sweetness, bitterness and umami.
Tasting notes
A pale-yellow hue with golden highlights enchants the eye.
A bewitching bouquet of white flowers, with hawthorn and jasmine coming to the fore.
After a smooth, delicately buttery attack, this champagne reveals notes of white nectarines.

In keeping with the historical work on 17 crus, Apanage Brut 1874 builds its backbone around villages in the great historic terroirs of Champagne.
Creel-caught langoustine with bergamot, red mullet with smoked tea or poultry with fennel and cardamom are examples of pairings perfectly in tune with this cuvée.
